May I make one little suggestion – it’s very important with The National Association of Realtors® (NAR)- when you write Realtor® you must use the registration ® mark. To do this use the ALT key and then 0174 and that will place the ® at the end of Realtor®. Type Realtor(Alt and then 0174). That should do it – make sure your Num Lock is on.

I know it seems petty, but as I said the NAR® is very X3 picky about this.
